getScamsByOnChainIds	Get a list of all entities involved in scam activity: accounts, zkApp accounts, and tokens.
getScamObjectsByUnsignedTransactions	Check if the queried unsigned transaction involves any scam objects (accounts, tokens, or zkApp accounts).
